At the heart of TikTok Shop’s success is its creators. I was given the opportunity to refine the learning experience for US sellers by transforming disconnected policy review screens into an intentional learning opportunity.

I focused on creating  the “aha” moments by redesigning post engagement quizzes and threading TikTok’s visual language through the experience so it would resonate more sharply with the creator community.

My goal was to advance past just delivering information and instead create a space where sellers feel supported and informed, all while having a little whimsy while they learned.

Video Series

The production team did a beautiful job creating and developing the “TikTalk” video series with creator success in mind. They used bright colors and funny punch lines to drive home the importance of merchant policies. It was my job to carry that through to the post engagement experiences. Check out the initial touchpoint!
